Honestly, I found this information when I am searching about why I need to drink plenty of water when I have acne. So, I’m searching over the net as usual and found that water is indeed helpful for my skin. I thought: Yes, definitely. After all, we are water based entity. I learned from my biology lesson that water is the building block of human body. More than 70% of our body consists of water. So, yes, that makes sense to me.
But, why I specifically need water to cure my acne? This question is naturally come to my mind because I didn’t see any correlation between water and acne. Is water the cure of acne? I don’t think so. If water can cure acne, why there are many acne remedies out there? Is this simple liquid can help me cure acne? Why everybody not using just water to cure their acne?
I was pondering deeply about those questions. What is the correlation between the two? Upon searching, I found a book about water as miracle cure. Maybe this book can satisfy my craving of information. I read the book page by page and found a blast of revelation in my head.
I was underestimating the power of water. I was wrong when I think water cannot help cure acne. I was wrong when I neglect the miracle of water. I know it might be shocking. I don’t know about you, but my view about water today might be different from your point of view. I regard water as amazing cure for my body. I regard water as a pure basic cure of any disease.
Our body mostly consists of water. Isn’t that makes sense if we need water to survive? Is that makes sense that lack of water can lead to acne or other diseases? Yes, it is indeed makes sense to me. That’s why we need to eat a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables. That’s why we need to avoid junk and greasy foods all the time. It’s about water, mostly about water.
Fresh fruits and vegetables contain lots of water and other proper nutrients for our skin while junk and greasy foods can make our body lacks of water plus giving our body toxins and bad substances. When our body lacks of water, we can experience sluggish digestive system which means we can accumulate toxins in our colon. This will lead to acne and other skin problem. Don’t you think that it is possible? It makes sense that dehydration can cause acne, right? I don’t know about you. But, that’s my stand for now.
So, for now, my conclusion is that to be able to effectively cure acne, you need to drink plenty of water, because it is a primary building block of your body. Since your body is covered by skin, it will be useful to drink more water to cure your acne. Don’t let your body’s lack of water lead you to more acne in the future. Go change your habit now, take a glass of water and drink it! And remember to do it regularly. I hope it’s useful.
