Cystic Acne Home Remedy – Honey Mixtures

Cystic acne is one of the most common forms of acne. It appears as big and red pimples around our skin, especially in the face.

It can be embarrassing for most of us to have this kind of acne in our face. However, it can be handled easily and successfully with cystic acne home remedy.

Honey is one effective remedy for various skin problems. It is an effective natural antibacterial, anti-swelling, anti-inflammation, anti-irritation and anti-oxidant. We can use various mixtures of honey to cure cystic acne effectively.

Here are honey mixtures that you can use as cystic acne home remedy:

1. Honey and Rosewater

As always, I will recommend the mixture of honey and rosewater first. It is a good mixture, knowing that both components are naturally useful to nourish our skin and maintain its health.

Rosewater is also good for fading acne scars, the visible remainder of our past battle with acne.

Apply this simple mixture of cystic acne home remedy into the big pimples after taking a bath and wait for 20 minutes before you wash it.

2. Honey and Oatmeal

We can use this mixture as natural acne mask. This mask is helpful to remove dirt from your face and exfoliate your skin in the same time.

Mix these ingredients until you can reasonably use the mixture as mask (I do not recommend any exact proportion).

Wash your skin and apply this mask for 20 minutes.

3. Aspirin and Honey

You can use aspirin as topical treatment and subsequently use honey as moisturizer. This combination is good to reduce swelling of your cystic acne. Please note that the aspirin is not to be consumed.

The trick is to use aspirin and honey in separate steps.

First, crush the aspirin until it forms a powder and dilute it with little water until they form a paste. Please note that you should keep the proportion of the water.

Apply this aspirin paste to your big pimples. After about 10 minutes, you can wash your face with warm water, pat your skin dry, and do the next step.

Next, you can use honey to moisture your face after using aspirin paste. Wait for another 15 minutes and you can wash your face with fresh water.

Replacing Sugar with Honey

The idea of replacing sugar with honey in everyday meals is interesting, and might be useful for supporting this treatment. It will be a handy cystic acne home remedy tip for you.
